TOLVR have formed a strategic partnership with VR Group of South Africa offering VR’s industry leading designs for Truck Trays and Buckets for Backhoes, Face Shovels, Wheel Loaders, and Dippers. All products are custom designed whilst adhering to OEM load and interface parameters.
VR’s team of highly qualified and experienced engineers analyse all new product designs for stress and fatigue using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Discreet Element Method (DEM) software to ensure optimal performance of all VR products.
Materials
Our products are manufactured for high strength quenched and tempered (Q&T) steels from reputable, local and global steel mills. Material properties are physically tested and analysed by our engineering team prior to being approved for use in our products.
Manufacturing
TOLVR partner with local companies for steel processing and manufacturing of our products, ensuring the highest standards and quality for ultimate customer satisfaction.
We have chosen qualified and experienced companies with a pedigree in mining equipment fabrication and repair, to manufacture our products and provide after sales field support services.
